Ingredients:
1 cup pitted green olives |
1/2 cup unsalted toasted almonds |
1/2 cup loosely packed flat-leaf parsley leaves |
1 small garlic clove |
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil |
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. In a food processor, combine olives, almonds, parsley, and garlic; whirl until very finely chopped. 2. Add oil, lemon juice, mustard, and a generous grind of black pepper; whirl until as smooth as possible. 3. Note: Nutritional analysis is per tbsp. |
