Ingredients:
1 cup pitted green olives
1/2 cup unsalted toasted almonds
1/2 cup loosely packed flat-leaf parsley leaves
1 small garlic clove
1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
freshly ground black pepper
Directions:
1. In a food processor, combine olives, almonds, parsley, and garlic; whirl until very finely chopped.
2. Add oil, lemon juice, mustard, and a generous grind of black pepper; whirl until as smooth as possible.
