A classic from the Official Vermont Maple Cookbook Ingredients:
1/4 cup pure maple syrup |
1/4 cup rum |
1/4 cup boiling water |
2 teaspoons butter |
ground nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Bring water to boiling in a small sauce pan. 2. Remove from heat and add rum and syrup. 3. Pour into two small cups and put a tsp of butter on top of each; sprinkle with nutmeg. |
