My take on the popular Green Monster smoothie. Delicious, healthy, and low in calories! I love drinking this after a long jog. Ingredients:
4 ice cubes |
1 banana |
3 cups raw baby spinach |
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk |
1/4 cup sugar-free vanilla yogurt |
2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute (optional) |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in the order listed above into a blender, and blend until smooth. |
