This is a smoothie packed full of veggies. Even your picky kids will love these 'fruity' smoothies. Ingredients:
2 cups baby spinach |
2 apples, peeled, cored, and chopped |
2 bananas, sliced |
1 cup chopped carrots |
1 cup orange juice |
1 cup fresh strawberries |
1 cup ice |
Directions:
1. Blend spinach, apples, bananas, carrots, orange juice, strawberries, and ice in a blender until smooth. |
