Should be good. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups white vinegar |
1 1/2 cups water |
3 cups sugar |
5 sticks cinnamon |
1 tablespoon whole cloves |
1/4 teaspoon mace |
1 teaspoon ginger, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
6 cups green mangoes, 34 large slices uniformly about 1/4 inch thick |
Directions:
1. Combine all except mango and boil 5 minutes. 2. Add mango and cook for 30-45 minutes or until tender and clear. 3. Pack mangoes into hot, sterilized jars, add syrup and seal. 4. Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes. |
