2 tomatillos |
1 tomato, diced |
1 onion, diced |
3 peppers, jalapeno, diced |
39 grams lime (1 lime) |
5 tablespoons cilantro |
1/4 cup vinegar |
Directions:
1. quarter tomatillos 2. remove the tops of the jalapenoes, but do not remove seeds 3. grill tomatillos until softened 4. blend with half the tomato, half the onion, the juice from lime, vinegar, cilantro, and all three peppers until it's all liquid 5. stir in the rest of the tomatoes and onions 6. mix in calorie free garlic powder to taste |
