A tasty sauce with punchy spring flavours. Ideal with salmon. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons tarragon, chopped |
4 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, chopped |
4 teaspoons dijon mustard |
4 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Put all the other ingredients in a small food processor and whizz until smooth (if it's too thick, add a splash of water). |
