I hate veggies! Do you? Try this and I'm sure you can tolerate those leafy greens we need in our diets. CAUTION: Wheat Grass is a very powerful detox. It will pull out toxins and most likely make you feel nauseous if you have never tried wheat grass before. Read more . It is however extremely healthy. This is an optional ingredient. Ingredients:
1oz shot of wheatgrass (juiced fresh with a wheatgrass juicer / or bought pre-frozen then thawed) |
2 stalks kale (or 1 cup) |
stem pinch of parsley (or 1 cup) |
3 stalks of celery |
big stem pinch of spinach (or 1cup) |
1/2 cucumber |
1/2 lemon |
1/2 green apple |
Directions:
1. Add Wheat grass shot in glass 2. Juice everything else in a juicer 3. Tips: Juice Kale with celery 4. Enjoy it like a vegetarian 5. When finished leave a comment cause I'm proud of you! |
