Ingredients:
4 cups green grapes (about 1 1/4 pounds; preferably seedless) |
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
Directions:
1. In a blender, blend grapes and lemon juice until very smooth, about 1 minute. Pour mixture through a sieve into a bowl, pressing hard on solids. 2. Serve grape juice over ice in tall glasses. |
