I love this one after the gym. It is a bit sour, so you might want to add sugar, splenda, or honey to it, it is your call.
Ingredients:
1 cup honeydew melon, chopped
1 kiwi, peeled
3/4 cup frozen green seedless grape
1/2 cup water
1 pinch kosher salt
Directions:
1. Pour all in blender, blend and enjoy.
