I love this one after the gym. It is a bit sour, so you might want to add sugar, splenda, or honey to it, it is your call. Ingredients:
1 cup honeydew melon, chopped |
1 kiwi, peeled |
3/4 cup frozen green seedless grape |
1/2 cup water |
1 pinch kosher salt |
Directions:
1. Pour all in blender, blend and enjoy. |
