From the South Beach Diet Cookbook Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream |
1 ounce chopped anchovy fillet |
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley |
3 scallions, chopped |
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove garlic |
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender. 2. Blend until pureed. 3. Keeps covered in refrigerator for 1 week. |
