This is my first time using this site. I saw your request and remembered my Grandma's church cook book from 1960. Hope you'll enjoy it. Ingredients:
1/4 cup tarragon vinegar |
1/4 cup white wine vinegar |
2 bunches green onions |
1 bunch fresh parsley |
2 (2 ounce) cans anchovy filets |
2 cloves garlic |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 lemon, juiced |
2 cups mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Puree vinegars, onions, parsley, anchovies, garlic, salt, and lemon juice in a blender until well combined. Blend in mayonnaise and serve. |
