Quick and easy dressing for your spring lettuce salads.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
⅓ cup plain active-culture yogurt
1 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons onion chives, finely chopped
3 tablespoons garlic chives, finely chopped
21/2 tablespoons tarragon
sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Blend mayonnaise with yogurt in a blender.
2. Add vinegar, chopped parsley, onion chives, garlic chives and tarragon.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
5. Serve with fresh mixed garden lettuce salad.
