This salad dressing is light and healthy but has an excellent, Robust Flavor Ingredients:
1 cup light mayonnaise |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper |
1/4 cup fresh parsley |
3 anchovy fillets |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 green onions |
1 garlic clove |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Put everything in food processor and process until smooth. 2. Transer to a covered jar and serve in teh fridge for up to 5 months. |
