1 teaspoon dijon mustard |

1 cup skim milk buttermilk |
2 teaspoons apple juice concentrate |
1 teaspoon parmesan cheese |
1/2 cucumber, peeled seeded and chopped |
1/2 lime, juice of |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
