This is a very creamy and semi-thick dressing. It is good on a crisp green salad. Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups mayonnaise |
1/2 cup sour cream (4 oz.) |
1 1/2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley |
1/4 cup minced green onions with top |
2 tablespoons lemon juice or 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar or 2 tablespoons wine vinegar |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional) |
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper |
Directions:
1. In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients until well combined. 2. Cover and chill if not using immediately. 3. If this dressing is too thick, thin with a little milk. |
