I found this in a smoothie book I have, with all that green this has got to be good for you!! Ingredients:
2 kiwi fruits, peeled |
25 green grapes, frozen |
1 green apple, sliced |
4 -5 ice cubes |
orange juice or apple juice, to smooth it out |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. |
