Ingredients:
1/4 pint(s) apple juice |
1 tablespoon(s) clear honey |
few lemon balm leaves, chopped |
1 green dessert apple, quartered and cored |
1 honeydew melon, halved and seeded |
3 tablespoon(s) kirsch or chartreuse |
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced |
1 pear, quartered abd cored |
4 ounce(s) seedless grapes |
Directions:
1. Mix the apple juice, honey and Kirsch or Chartreuse together in a bowl. Slice the apple and pear thinly into the juice and stir to coat completely. Cut the melon flesh into cubes, add to the bowl with the grapes and kiwi fruit and leave for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. 2. Turn into a serving dish and sprinkle with the lemon balm to serve. |
