Veggie Smoothie. From Dr. Mehmet Oz but changed up a little. Ingredients:
1 apple, cored |
1/2 cup cucumber |
1 1/2 cups spinach |
1/2 cup parsley |
1 stalk celery |
1 teaspoon fresh ginger |
1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice |
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 tablespoon flax seed oil |
1/4 cup sparkling water |
Directions:
1. Chop everything up into uniform pieces and process in blender until smooth. |
