On a recent trip back to Albuquerque I fell in love with this green chilie dip I found at the grocery store. They, of course, dont sell this dip where I live in California, so I decided to try to find a recipe so I could make it at home Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup diced green chilis, roasted and peeled |
1 jalapeno pepper, small dice |
1/4 onion, small dice |
salt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve with tortilla chips. 2. ***Note, you may want to add the jalepeno a little at a time and test for heat level before you add the entire pepper***. |
