Different snack, very good! Ingredients:
3 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies, drained |
4 eggs, lightly beaten |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Spread chilis on bottom of 8x8 baking dish. 2. Mix eggs with garlic powder and pepper. 3. Pour over chilis. 4. Sprinkle with cheese. 5. Bake, uncovered at 350* for 25 minutes. 6. Cool for 10 minutes, cut into squares. 7. Serve on crackers. |
