Green Chili & Scallion Crab Won Ton Cups |

This is another one of my green chili creations. I had a dip like this once and wanted to add some extra flair for a small dinner party. Ingredients:
16 wonton wrappers, square |
1/3 cup scallion, minced |
1/2 cup green chili, roasted, peeled, seeded, and diced |
1/3 cup crabmeat, cooked and shelled |
1 tablespoon mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1/2 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded |
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce |
nonstick cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Mix together scallions, green chilis, crab meat, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, cheese, and hot sauce. Season with some Salt and Pepper. 2. Coat 16 cups of a mini-muffin pan with the non-stick spray. Press each won ton wrapper in one of the little mini muffin cups. Arrange the edges to look pretty. 3. Fill each cup with a spoonful of the crab & green chili mixture. 4. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until the won tons are golden brown and crispy. 5. Serve warm. 6. Enjoy. |
