A delicious recipe from one of my church cookbooks Ingredients:
1 lb white fish fillet, cut into 4 pieces |
1 cup green chili salsa |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup shredded longhorn cheese |
Directions:
1. Simmer fish in salsa, covered for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes. 2. Serve with sour cream and cheese. |
