Green Chiles N Artichoke Dip |

Love this dip...something besides spinach in the artichoke dip! LOL Play with it, and add in some of your faves! Ingredients:
3/4 cup canned marinated artichokes |
1/4 cup canned diced green chilis |
1 cup kraft realy mayo |
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese - separated into 1, and 1/2 |
1 cup grated parmesan cheese - separated into 1/2 and 1/2 |
1 tsp. minced garlic |
1 baguette bread to slice |
** i have added finely diced onion, finely diced red pepper, and chopped pimentos on occasion. |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. In a medium mixing bowl add and mix all ingredients except reserve 1/2 cup of both cheeses for the finish. 3. In a medium casserole dish, evenly spread the dip with a spatula or spoon. 4. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes on a cookie sheet. 5. Be careful not to overfill your dish or it will spill over during baking. Slice up the baguette into 1/4 inch slices. 6. When the dip is close to being finished you can turn over to broil and place under broiler to get a nice brown. 7. Remove dip from oven and cool for a few minutes. 8. Serve with baguette. |
