My husband really likes green chiles this is one of his favorites Ingredients:
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1 (8 ounce) can refried beans |
1 (8 ounce) can green chilies |
1 cup mexican blend cheese |
4 medium size flour tortillas |
Directions:
1. cut each breast into thirds, lay two slices in each tortilla. 2. roll each tortilla like a burrito, cover evenly with green chile. 3. pour cheese over evenly and cover with refried beans. 4. cook in oven at 350 for an hour. |
