This is an easy biscuit to make and it goes well with soups, chili, and B.B.Q. Ingredients:
3 cups biscuit mix |
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies |
1 1/2 cups heavy cream |
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredients just until combined. 2. at this point you can roll the dough 1/2 thick & cut with 2 cutter or use a scoop and make drop biscuits. 3. bake at the temperature and time listed on the mix you used. 4. Note: Heavy cream is a must for a rich flavor and the right consistency. |
