Tasty and so easy. Need to use up left over chicken? This is the perfect recipe. Ingredients:
3 -4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese |
1 (15 ounce) can green enchilada sauce |
1 (8 ounce) can salsa verde |
8 -10 flour tortillas |
2 cups kraft 2% milk shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. cook chicken throughly then cut into pieces or shred. 2. combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, salsa verde in pot and heat until cream cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly. 3. Spoon mixture into tortillas and roll closed placing into 9x13 baking dish. 4. once baking dish is full, pour green enchilada sauce on top then sprinkle on cheese. 5. Bake 350 for about 30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. |
