Fast and easy-good use of fresh summertime green beans! Ingredients:
1 lb fresh green beans |
1 clove garlic |
1 tablespoon very fine olive oil |
1/2 cup walnut halves (or more if you like!) |
Directions:
1. Clean green beans and steam until tender. (Do not overcook) 2. Mince garlic. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sautee garlic,beans and walnuts 2-3 minutes or until everything is warm. 4. Serve immediately. |
