Ingredients:
2 pounds haricots verts or green beans |
3/4 cup pine nuts, toasted and finely chopped |
5 tablespoons olive oil |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook beans in a large pot of boiling salted water until crisp tender. Drain and rinse with cold water. Heat oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add the green beans and cook until just heated through, stir in pine nuts and season with salt and pepper to taste. |
