1/2 lb green beans, preferably small, cut into 1-inch lengths |
2 tablespoons natural smooth cashew butter |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
1 tablespoon rice vinegar |
2 teaspoons honey |
1 1/2 teaspoons organic gluten-free tamari |
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger |
Directions:
1. Steam the green beans over boiling water until just tender. 2. In a medium bowl, blend together the cashew butter, sesame oil, vinegar, honey, tamari, and ginger. 3. Add the beans and toss to coat. Serve at room temperature. |
