Green Beans With Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Almonds |

From a local grocery store magazine. Ingredients:
8 cups green beans, trimmed |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1/3 cup sun-dried tomato, thinly sliced |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup sliced almonds |
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan of boiling salted water,cook beans until bright green and tender crisp, about 2 minutes. 2. Drain well and toss with olive oil, tomatoes, salt and pepper. 3. Transfer to a platter and sprinkle with almonds. |
