Green Beans With Sour Cream and Swiss Cheese |

Quick and Easy Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen cut green beans |
3 tablespoons butter |
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs |
2 tablespoons flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon white pepper |
1 teaspoon mustard |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup swiss cheese, finely shredded |
1 1/2 teaspoons onions, minced |
Directions:
1. Cook beans according to package directions; drain. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in large skillet; add breadcrumbs, stirring until toasted. Remove from skillet and set aside. 3. Melt 2 remaining tablespoons butter in skillet; stir in flour, salt and pepper. Heat until mixture bubbles; gradually add mustard and sour cream and blend well. Heat thoroughly but do not boil. Add beans, cheese, and onion; toss gently until well mixed. 4. Spoon into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with reserved bread crumbs. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. |
