Green Beans with Sesame-Soy |

Ingredients:
1 pound(s) green beans |
1 tablespoon(s) dark sesame oil |
2 garlic cloves minced |
1/4 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper |
1 teaspoon(s) low-sodium soy sauce |
1/8 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 teaspoon(s) toasted sesame seeds |
Directions:
1. Bring a saucepan of water to a boil. Add beans; cook 5 minutes. Plunge beans into ice water; drain. 2. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and crushed red pepper; saute 30 seconds. Add beans,soy sauce and salt. Cook 2 minutes; tossing frequently. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. |
