This recipe is fantastic. Bursting with so many flavors and very impressive on the dinner table. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 pound fresh green beans trimmed |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 cloves garlic finely chopped |
1/2 cup chopped olives |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Boil beans in salted water until barely tender about 2 minutes. 2. Plunge them into cold water and drain. 3. Heat oil in skillet and sauté garlic and olives 2 minutes then add beans, juice, salt and pepper. 4. Sauté beans just until heated through about 2 minutes then serve immediately. |
