Green Beans with Mushrooms |

Ingredients:
1 lb. green beans (ends trimmed) |
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced |
1 tbsp. hot water |
2 tsp. dijon-style mustard |
1 salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Place steamer rack over 1 inch boiling water in saucepan. Add green beans, cover and steam for 4 minutes. Add mushrooms; steam 2-3 minutes longer. Transfer to serving bowl. 2. Combine water and mustard in small bowl. Pour over vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 3. Toss to coat. |
