For an Asian twist on green beans, try this. Ingredients:
1/2 tbsp. oil |
1 c. green beans |
1 tbsp. miso (i used red) |
Directions:
1. In a lidded skillet, heat oil until shimmering. 2. Dump in the green beans and cook over medium-high heat until crispy-crunchy. 3. Add miso and stir until all beans are coated. 4. Cover skillet, and let cook until miso is browned and beans are soft and look a little charred, 3-4 minutes. |
