Green Beans With Honey-cashew Sauce |

This is a recipe from our local electric company. Easy and good! Ingredients:
1/4 c. coarsely chopped, salted cashews |
3 tbs butter or margarine |
2 tbs honey |
1 lb. green beans, cooked tender and drained or 1 can cut beans, drained |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, saute cashews in butter over low heat until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. 2. Add honey and cook. stirring constantly, 1 minute longer. Pour cashew sauce over beans and toss until coated. Spoon into serving dish and serve immediately. |
