Green Beans with Grape Tomatoes

Grape tomatoes are small and have a sweet flavor like summer tomatoes. Look for them at your local supermarket.
Ingredients:
2 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed
6 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Cook beans in boiling salted water 8 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Plunge into ice water to stop the cooking process; drain and set aside.
2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat 6 to 7 minutes or until butter begins to brown. Add green beans, and sauté until tender. Stir in grape tomatoes and remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
