Ingredients:
1 pound(s) green beans |
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper |
2 tablespoon(s) hazelnuts blanched |
2 tablespoon(s) parsley chopped |
1/2 teaspoon(s) orange rind grated |
1 garlic clove minced |
Directions:
1. Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add beans; cook 5 minutes. Plunge beans into ice water; drain. 2. Combine beans, olive oil, salt and pepper; toss. Combine hazelnuts, parsley, orange rind and garlic. Sprinkle over beans. |
