Ingredients:
3 pounds thin green beans, trimmed |
6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil |
3 tablespoons chopped fresh chives |
Directions:
1. Cook green beans in large pot of boiling salted water until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Drain. Transfer beans to large bowl. Toss with oil and chives. Season to taste with salt and pepper. |
