The combination of flavors is what makes this dish a hit! Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 tablespoon white sugar |
1 (16 ounce) package frozen pearl onions |
1 (16 ounce) package frozen cut green beans, thawed |
1 tablespoon fresh dill weed |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat the oil and sugar in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onions; cook and stir until tender and golden brown, about 10 minutes. 2. Mix the green beans with the onions, and cook for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and season with dill, salt and pepper. |
