Green Beans With Balsamic Vinegar  |

                    This is a recipe I saved from Ediets. I have found that I prefer a little sea salt, fresh ground pepper and splenda mixed with the sauce, but the original recipe did not call for it. I hope you enjoy! Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 1/2 cups fresh green beans  |  
                                                2 garlic cloves  |  
                                                5 teaspoons balsamic vinegar  |  
                                                2 1/2 teaspoons olive oil  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Rinse and snap beans. 2. Mince garlic. 3. Mix garlic, vinegar and olive oil and set aside. 4. Steam beans until tender but firm, approximately 10-15 minutues. 5. Toss with balsamic vinegar dressing. 6. Can be refrigerated and served cold.                              |
