I love green beans, anyway, shape or form! A friend gave this recipe to me years ago and it's still a regular at my house and sooo easy. Ingredients:
1 package (16 oz) frozen french-style green beans |
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms (can use canned mushrooms but i prefer fresh) |
2 tbsp butter or margarine |
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix |
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled |
Directions:
1. In a skillet, saute the beans and mushrooms in butter. 2. Sprinkle with dressing mix, toss to coat 3. Just before serving, sprinkle with bacon |
