Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter or margarine |
1 pound fresh green beans |
2 garlic cloves, pressed |
1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
3 tablespoons dry white wine |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a CALPHALON Professional Hard-Anodized 3 quart Sauté Pan over medium-high heat; add green beans, and sauté 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add garlic and next 4 ingredients, and cook 1 minute. Serve immediately. |
