Ingredients:
4 cups (2-inch) cut green beans (about 3/4 pound) |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1/2 cup sliced green onions |
4 garlic cloves, crushed |
2 cups plum tomato, seeded and thinly sliced (about 3/4 pound) |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh or 2 teaspoons dried basil |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Steam green beans, covered, 5 minutes or until tender. Drain well, and set aside. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic; sauté 1 minute. Add green beans; sauté 3 minutes. Add tomato and remaining ingredients; sauté 2 minutes. |
