Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried basil, crushed |
1/4 teaspoon(s) dried rosemary |
1 pound(s) green beans |
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil (can use a little less) |
1/4 cup(s) onion, chopped |
1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper ( or more) |
1 tablespoon(s) salt |
2 tomatoes |
1/2 cup(s) yellow bell pepper |
Directions:
1. Microwave or steam green beans until crisp. In microwave it may take 10 - 12 minutes. Drain. Saute' pepper and onion in olive oil until tender. Add tomatoes, salt, basil, rosemary, and pepper to the pepper and onion. Stir in cooked green beans and continue cooking until heated through. |
