Ingredients:
1 (14-ounce) package frozen whole green beans |
1 tablespoon light stick butter, softened |
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley |
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Steam beans, covered, 7 minutes or until crisp-tender. Transfer to a large serving bowl. Add butter and remaining 5 ingredients, and toss gently. |
