Not your average green bean casserole. Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter |
1 (9 ounce) package frozen french-cut green beans |
3/4 teaspoon italian herb seasoning |
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 (2 ounce) jar chopped pimiento, undrained |
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained & quartered |
1/2 cup pecans, chopped |
Directions:
1. In a 2 qt pan, melt butter. Stir in all ingredients except artichokes & pecans. Cover, cook stirring occasionally, until beans are crisp tender-about 5 - 7 minutes. Stir in artichokes & pecans. Cover; continue cooking until artichokes are heated through- 2-3 minutes. |
