Wok Green Beans Ingredients:
10 oz green beans |
1 tbsp peppercorn |
1 tbsp ginger |
1 garlic clove |
1 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp sugar |
2 tbsp peanut butter |
1 tsp ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in wok. 2. Add green beans and heat for 3 minutes stirring constantly. 3. Add minced ginger and minced garlic. Keep stirring for 3 additional minutes 4. Add salt, crushed peppercorns, pepper and sugar. Stir for one more minute. 5. Enjoy. |
