easy quick and healthy side for any dish.. Great with fish, and a great dish for a picky eaters. Tomatoes give great flavor to this dish! Ingredients:
1 handful of green beans |
1 handful of cherry tomatoes |
1 clove chopped garlic |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
pinch of salt |
pinch of black pepper |
Directions:
1. Clean the green beans, remove ends. If they are longer than usual, cut in half. 2. Heat a saute pan on medium, add olive oil then chopped garlic. 3. Lightly brown garlic and add the green beans. 4. Saute for 5 min, and add tomatoes. 5. Add salt and pepper. 6. Saute for 5-7 min or until the tomatoes begin to burst open. |
